anyways, I want to beat my friends at getting a skill cape and my fishing is the highest at 77. so I figure, why not that one?
what is the fastest way to get to 99?
I already did the barbarian training part for fishing if that helps.
everyone is like "sharks, sharks" but it takes like 10 minutes for a whole load and that's forever. especially when I did the calculations and I need over 3500 more loads to get to 99!
so any suggestions?

I suggest heavy rod fishing http://www.runescape.com/kbase/guid/fishing_brutal... or fly fishing in shilo village. You could also fish monkfish after doing the swan song quest. Don't bother with sharks.

Do not do sharks take your fly fishing rod and feathers to shilo village. Fish trout and salmon and just keep banking 'em. this is the fastest way in my opinion. go to sals realm to learn about shilo village.
