What song is this? It's driving me crazy!!!!?

I don't remember what song it was...but I remember the video was like being performed on a New York city street...and the guy was going around and at different points in the music video he was with different couples & there were like signs that had their names/stories/how they met/how long they've been together. I thought it was Hey There Delilah by the Plain White Tees but I just watched the video and it's not that at all..? Unless there's an alternate video. I'm going crazy here! Please help. This song isn't recent, I'd go two years or so back. Thanks so much!! :)
