pokemon emerald (playing in VBA). Why won't rayquaza get caught?
It has very little(red) health, it is paralyzed, it confused its self by using outrage, and i am using ultra balls but it still doesn't get caught. i have been trying for like an hour and i threw almost 200 balls by restarting again and again. any one can tell me why thats happening?
