Very interesting point..As a provider of an affidavit of support he by law has to notify

any new address...I will presume he will not bother...

Its unlikely anybody will know he is gone until you make any claim on goverment funds

if that never happens probably all will be well

Miguel: you could in user-friendly terms petition to your mom as she is a immediately relative of yours. you may desire to be 21 years of age, make adequate funds for the needed Affidavit of help, and all of it starts with an I-one hundred thirty petition to the USCIS. It costs $420 and takes approximately 5 months to be processed. At on the topic of the 8 to 3 hundred and sixty 5 days mark, your mom might have an interview on the U.S. consulate in her abode usa. There she would be in a position to receive an IR-5 visa to the U.S. whilst she arrives interior the U. S.., she would be in a position to receive her green Card. you do not say the place your mom is residing, yet whilst she is interior the U.S. and unlawfully latest, she might set off a ten-3 hundred and sixty 5 days bar whilst leaving. So i'm hoping she is the two in her abode usa, or interior the U.S. with a visa.
