What do you need to bring with you to get your license in Pennsylvania if you are 18 years old?

I can not seem to get a straight answer on this one. I know you need to take someone with you who is over 21. I know you need to take your driver's permit. Are there any other documents or paperwork you need to take with you?

Update:

Well in order to get a driver's license you would have needed a learner's permit in order to be assigned a license number and learn how to operate a motor vehicle. The permit is the most obvious piece of paperwork you would need for the test. Please only answer if you have some idea what you are talking about.

your birth certificate or certified copy thereof, someone to take you there and whose car can be used for the driver's test(didn't understand the driver's permit ,unless it's an actual valid license from another state) if so skip the other and just take it.
