If you had done this ... you would have far bigger problems than an inconsiderate neighbor.

Breaking and entering, Theft (the cords), vandalism, etc. Fines, at least probation (possibly jail time), community service, and full restitution to your neighbor for damages on the legal side of things.

On the "not so legal" side of things? Retaliation by the neighbor comes to mind! Injury to you, damage to your property ... or even death if the guy isn't wound too tight.

You have already committed felony Break and Enter punishable by imprisonment up to 20 years, Larceny , whether Grand (10 to 20)of Petty(12 mos), and Destruction of Private Property.(12 mos) or felony (up to 20 years) You probably face no less than 30 years right now by your own admission. This could have been resolved just by call the police and making a noise ordinance compliant.

Yes!, you can get in trouble they will charge you with breaking and entering, and you said you took some cords? It dont matter if you took a paper towel im sure they will charge you with burglary to. Also, you messed up his stereo system so thats gonna be another charge (destruction of property) Anyways, yes you can get in trouble

now what if he or family have a heart attack and try to call 911? ( a lot of people use VOIP for phone calls)

because you cut all their wires and guess who will be going to jail for murder......

(or 2nd degree murder depending on the judge....

you could have ask (assume you have a mouth) to turn it down or

if late at night call the police...

I'm also surpise when you cut the cord you didnt get a electric shock for doing that..

  • Obviously genius.

Trespassing, breaking and entering, crimnal damaging, etc.

Assuming you're being serious and you're not a Troll (unlikely)

You're a complete idiot and you'll be in some pretty serious trouble.

No you will be totally okay minus the B&E and destruction of private property charges, way to settle this like a human (read: talking to them) you jack***

Well, let's see. You've got breaking and entering and destruction of property. I guess as long as he doesn't find out who did it, you're in the clear.

Um, just burglary, and criminal damaging. Maybe vandalism.

Couple of felonies there. So YES.
