Urban Meyer takes "leave of absence", LOL Why the change of heart?
Urban Meyer, if he "resigns" allows any player currently on the Gator football team to transfer to any school, and play next year. FACT! If he "resigns"...the whole recruiting class, can reevaluate, their commitments, and open the door to changing their minds.
But, with, Meyer's, "leave of absence"...this makes that whole concept, moot, as, they would have to sit a year, before playing again. Brilliant move by, University of Florida...as, we have heard there is 0% chance he'll be on the sidelines, next year.
What do you think? ROLL TIDE!!!

God could reveal to a non-bealiever a variety of things to show that He is who He is. The thing that is very important though is that you realize that it is God's timing and not yours. You may see the perfect oppertunity for God to show someone who He is, yet God did not take that chance you saw. Why? Because God has a better way. Also, it is not only up to God to show him that He is True but for the person to accept it. I could show you that sky is blue and if you don't except it then I can't do anything. Like with God, He could show the person who He is but if the person does not accept then God cannot do anything else. Not because He can't but if He does anything more else then he will force the person to see who He is. And God does not work by force but by Love. So its a partnership God will show if the person is willing, God could also show the person by a dream and the person would accept who God is. Their are a variety of ways God works.

Very strange story and one that will be used against the program on the recruiting trail, that's a given. I can only speculate that stepping down and being reassigned by the university invalidates his contract....and he got a bit healthier fast once the zeros were not as big on a deal to be in the Development Department.

I think you nailed it. He stayed through Tebow's years and now he wants out before the fall. But, the university has presented the financial benefits of pretending to be coming back to him. Probably even offered to pay him for his "trouble".

Well if you have been coaching as long as he has its going to be hard to just leave even though his health isn't the best. So he will return when he is feeling better.

He thought that Timmy Tebow was going to take him with him when he left but Timmy didn't want to share his snuggie any more so Meyer had to stay.

I have to agree with the first poster. That never crossed my mind, but after hearing the theory, it sounds very plausible. And they say Saban is unscrupulous.
