9800GT IS IT GOOD FOR GAMING?
please be trutefull the current graphics card i have is the 9400gt had it with a 15inch monitor max resolution 1024x768 now i have a 22inch max resoultion 1680x1050 now the 9400gt maxed out every game so far even gta 4 at 20-30 fps quite playable no lag but anytime at 720p(1280x720) i bump it up to 1680x1050 lags so will the 9800gt make me max out at my highest resolution. My budget is very low since i am a 14yr old kid it will take a year of saving my allowance to buy the hd5970 and i do not live in America and i am too young to work age requirements so which graphics card will you recommend if the 9800gt will not work?

The 9800 series is a good entry point for PC gaming. It will run all current games, with decent frame rates. Some of the most graphic games may require you to use low to medium video settings.
That 9800 is roughly equivalent to the Radeon HD 4650 or GeForce 240 to compare it to the modern crop of cards.

It's a decent card. Certainly a lot better than a 9400.
I reckon it will work.
