What are some vegetables/fruits/other foods that are water-based or burn calories?

I know that watermelon is good because it is water-based, as well as celery and cucumber. Are there any fruits or veggies that burn calories or help metabolism?

    Celery will actually cause you to burn more calories than it will add to your system.

    All foods contain calories and add to your daily total. The only way to burn calories is for you to perform some physical activity. Eat a balanced diet appropriate for your age, weight, gender, and lifestyle. Then regularly participate in some activity that burns the calories so you don't start storing excess calories (sugars and carbs turned into fat). Exercise also improves your cardivascular system.

    all you need is balance to be healthy

    just drink a lot of water. YOU need fiber!

    or you will be constipated

    so eat apples too

    and yogurt

    because the bacteria helps your metablism.
