Careful if you plan to put this into a slim case.
You have an iTX motherboard it's designed to fit into a slim case.
You have an ATX power supply - it's designed to fit into a standard tower case.

Yes, that specific motherboard supports the following CPU's: Core 2 Quad / Core 2 Duo / Pentium / Celeron 400 Sequence.
The CPU you specified is within the Core 2 Duo series so you should have no problems. As for the power supply, you should be good with it as long as it fits with your computer case. Good luck.

The CPU you unique is interior the middle 2 Duo sequence so which you will possibly desire to not have any themes. As for the potential supply, you will possibly desire to be merely suitable with it as long because it suits mutually with your laptop case. good fulfillment.

no the power supply and motherboard are not compatible, the power supply is atx form factor and the motherboard is mini ITX.
I recommend you change the motherboard to a microATX instead since its more well known and easier to find parts for it.
(microATX is backward compatible with ATX but thats not the case vise versa, you can fit a microATX mobo in an ATX case but can't fit an ATX mobo in microATX)
I can't believe no one noticed that.
