Do I Need To Sign A New Master Promissory Note?
In this upcoming semester, I am transferring to a new university, i will be working towards a different degree, and I will be an undergrad instead of a graduate student. When it comes to my student loans, do i need to sign a new master promissory note in this case or should i still be covered by the one i signed last semester

The MPN provides the terms for your relationship with one lender. If you'll be borrowing from a different lender at your new program, you'll need to complete a brand new promissory note, establishing the agreement between you and the new lender.
If you're borrowing from the same lender that you have used in the past, you'll need to notify them of your new address, and your new school. Depending on their policies, they may ask you to sign a brand new agreement, or, possibly, they may simply ask you to acknowledge changes to your original MPN.
Contact your lender for more information.
Good luck!
