i had gall bladder surgery and need some help with some questions?

i had gull bladder surgery the 20..took a crap the 19th and on xmas day i had 3 attacks where my fingers and toes were numb and my lips felt like they were really swelled..and i had to use a enema to use the restroom..i went to the surgeon yesterday and he said take some magnesium sulfate i used milk of magnesium and acidopholis and went by myself yesterday..only problem is i cant keep anything down so i cant fill up my colon..could i sue the hospital for letting me leave and not pooping first...and what else is going to help me go to the restroom by myself without having to take anything to make me? ive triedd a laxative...acidopholis pills eating yougurt cuz its about the only thing i can keep down
