Im not over my ex...should i move on? Do i like him?

Me and my ex dated for over a year and i fell for him big time. I spent every minute of my life with him talking to him or thinking about him. He broke up with me about two months ago, i cried for days i was so heartbroken. We still talk and i still love him but he told me were not going to date again he doesnt like me like that. Well theres this other guy that likes me alot hes been spending every day since my ex left me trying to get me to date him..and well hes sweet and ive been having dreams that im dating him (what does that mean??) but im not attracted to him look wise..is that bad? What should i do?
