Can someone help me figure out our feelings for each other?

so im pretty sure this guy likes me. one reason is after a play he was in, i was leaving and he chased after me, but he was in the middle of a convo. another reason is he's hugged me while picking me up and spinning...haha it was kinda awkward. anyways he always looks at me when he's on stage whether its for a play or his band. i dont wanna be one of those girls that read too much into things but...

i cant decide if i like him. i mean i know he moves too fast in relationships, and i hate that. i also know that most of the relationships he's been in havent lasted long and i dont think that they liked each other in any of them...if that makes sense... i think he's a pretty neat guy, but i just dont know if i like him..i made a list of the things i do and dont like about him and the do's won.

so my two questions are

do you think he likes me?

and

how can i decide if i like him?
