Cable Splitter????????????

I am moving into the basement. And in the room next to me there is a cable hookup for a TV. (A TV is using it). Is there such thing as a cable splitter. If so. Can you tell me where I could find one. And prices. And website links.

    You can get a splitter at most any store. You will probably also need a length of coaxial cable with ends installed on it (comes in 3 ft.-50 ft hanks) They are cheap. weblinks? radioshack.com
