How do you use feet measurements on google sketch pad?

I type them in as 6.6', yet measurements go to 6.60000??

    I assume you mean Google Sketch up.

    Type in measurements as:

    6' 6", 4' 6"

    to draw a rectangle of that dimensions.

    Note, the first dimensions 6' 6"...is along the solid RED axis

    The second dimension 4'6"... is along the solid GREEN axis

    Similarly, if use a minus sign before the dimensions, the rectangle will be on both the dotted axis.
