What is causing me to have such a sensitive stomach?
With some restaurants i go to my stomach doesnt agree with the food some worse then others is there a remedy for it or whats causing it and what can i change to keep this from happening

What restaurants are causing the trouble? It may be a specific allergy that they are using in the food, like MSG or gluten or something like that. Have you written down what restaurants and/or menu items causing the trouble? This would be the first step.
Keep track of the restaurants, the items and the specific symptoms and the severity. You must keep accurate records for a period of time in order for yourself and or your doctor, should you later see your own or a specialist, help figure exactly what is the trouble.
