OH PLEASE! have any of you ever been to a rave? don't make stupid generalizations about things you have no clue about. i frequent raves and i'm so sick of people thinking that raves are only full of druggies and drunkards and whatnot. just like at all music events, there will be belligerent people and there will be genuine people who are there for the music. as with all gatherings, you can't control who'll be part of the crowd. but you can control who you socialize with. at every rave I've been to, I've experienced nothing but open & friendly people and atmosphere (and all while sober! *gasp*!) most of the time people are dancing, socializing, enjoying the music, the vibes, the crowd. not everyone goes there to get trashed. so please... don't insult the rave culture, without any real knowledge of it.

you might not be able to prevent your daughter from going but hopefully, she knows the things she should and shouldn't do. it's all about being responsible. it really is.

I was 14 at the time of my first rave, and not all people go to raves to get smashed, some just like techno music.

    you shouldn't worry about it.

Do NOT let her go! I would use the as long as your under my roof ect....

I thought that things were bad when I was growing up. You would not believe the things that these kids are doing at these things. You just do not want to know.

No! Do not let her go.

Raves are horrible for teenagers they're usually full of alcohol and drunk people (and more).

She should not go. She isn't old enough to deal with that kind of environment no matter how mature she is.

She's going unless you DO something about it. Are you just going to let her go?
