Is it bad fo your health or not normal to hold in a nocturnal emission?

I have woken up during several of my past nocturnal emissions or "wet dreams" and I usually panic and hold it in like you hold pee in instead of ejaculating. Is this bad for my health or not normal for a teenage boy?

It coudl cause long-term damage, so it would be best to 'let it fly'

It's healthy to let it release or relax and let it go.

This is like natures safety valve. The body can reabsorb the portion of semen which is sperm produced in the testicles by utilizing the immune system to remove over aged and dying sperm cells.

The body cannot reabsorb the portion of semen being manufactured by the prostate gland which is probably 90% of the seminal fluid. It will seep out eventually, and if not can calcify into stone like material in the prostrate gland or seminal vesicles.

A boy in teens manufacture ongoing large amounts of semen and nocturnal emissions are a normal and healthy way for nature to deal with the overload.

Most teen boys when feeling high urges of drive do a self hand job while thinking heterosexual thoughts. That curtails the night emissions to a high degree and also gives you daily life with less sexual tension and a greater ability to focus on things like school work or homework because the drive and distraction to sexual feelings and being totally swallowed up with thoughts about the girls around you in class is way less.

This is your decision and I don't pressure you aside from siting it to be normal and healthy.

You're healthy with good development going on. Be glad!

Edit: You don't need to worry about an infection. The semen is sterile clean. Getting up to pee is not necessary, and some times you won't even wake up until morning at which time you might find yourself a little slippery or sticky. It's not dirty and it's no big deal! If it wasn't for this stuff, none of us would be here. Lol. Continue a good sleep, and take care of it when you wake up.

I am not sure how you are holding your ejaculation except by squeezing your penis with your hand. Just clenching your bladder muscles aren't enough to do it. You probably still ejaculate but it might go in your bladder which is not good. Called retrograde I think.

I don't know how you can hold it. Once an orgasm is in progress there is no real way to stop it. Also, a wet dream happens when you ejaculate while sleeping, so you seem to be waking up before any ejaculation, so maybe it is not a wet dream? There is no way to stop the ejaculation if it happens while you are asleep.

Nightfall is a normal phenomenon that occurs in males who do not masturbate or indulge in sexual intercourse. It is nature's way of getting rid of the semen that gets stored in the seminal vesicles. Your leg pain may not be related to your nocturnal emissions. Anyway, increase your intake of fresh fruits and vegetables to ensure that you body is getting enough vitamins and minerals. Drink plenty of water too. On the homeopathic side, I recommend Dioscorea villosa 30C, 4 pills thrice daily for 15 days. Thank you. - extract from Dr.Prasad's prescription.

its a normal reaction to do it. I would suggest not doing it.

But You should definitely try to urinate when you wake up and after you clean yourself off so you can get all of that *** you held in out and clear your tube so you don't get a urinary tract infection.
