Give up on him... Men say just about anything when theyre drunk and im sorry to say it but horny. Just forget about him, either he will only talk to you when he needs some or he will play you and ignore you. He could also just feel bad for leading you on and doesint want to hurt your feelings, and is avoiding confrentation. So like I said he is your ex so I would suggest not talking to him for awhile, let yourself get over him and see if there is a friendship that can come out this eventually. Hope I helped!

dont text him anything. if you text him when you know hes ignoring you, it would be putting pressure on him and then you would most likely get in a fight and im guessing you dont want that because you want him back. just give him a little more time and text him later. if he still doesnt reply later, thats when you should get mad ;)
