If you have the instruction booklet to your camera it will show you where the memory card goes. Some have a slot in the battery compartment, some where you connect the lead to load your pics with USB lead. Other than that look for a port that has a small icon in the plastic next to where you put the memory stick/card. Hope this is of help to you.

Questions like that one are best answered straight from the source, i.e. the USER MANUAL !
All the major manufacturers have websites with specifications for their products.
Pretty much all of them also let you download manuals for their stuff, just in case you lost your book.
It is worthwhile reading the manual, it will answer pretty much any question you have about the product, plus you'll even learn some more.
I guess if you already have a memory card in the memory card slot, it sort of stands to reason that you'll have to remove the first one before you can insert the next, doesn't it?

if you have an XD card then you don't need the adapter, which is used to allow a microSD card to fit into the camera. just insert the xD card into the slot. that's one big disadvantage of Olympus cameras...they require the use of Olympus brand sd cards (they call them xd cards) unless you buy a micro and use the adapter. and the olympus xd cards are expensive! but depending on your purposes, you're better off buyinga higher capacity micro SD Card and fitting it into the adapter and using that anyway.
btw, i bought an Olympus Stylus Tough waterproof camera...stopped working the FIRST time i took it into the water. I'll never buy another one again. same thing happened to my neighbor. in all fairness, another neighbor's is working fine. but 1 our of 3 isn't that good.
