Help with my teeth phobia?

I have a huge phobia of losing my teeth. It's pretty sad since I am 13 I have a denist appt at 2. And I am flipping out. I have "fangs" so I so worried. Any advice to calm mt nerves :

    Well I do understand your concerns a lot of people worry about losing their adult teeth because they do not grow back. For starters as long as you maintain good oral hygiene like brushing and flossing your teeth should be with you for years, yes cavities may show up but those are easily fixed with a filling. As for those fangs, a lot of people have sharp teeth ie those fangs you are talking about are normal and if you feel uncomfortable about them discuss it with your dentist he/she will be able to help ease your concerns the best. So do not worry unless your really begin to stop caring for your teeth they should be with you for a very long time.
