Jogging stroller/regular stroller question?
Do you have to buy a jogging stroller to run with? Can you just put baby in your regular stroller and jog with that??

The jogging strollers typically have bike tires which provide a smoother ride when moving quickly. The regular strollers typically have hard plastic wheels which do not absorb the terrain as nicely and make the ride a bumpy one for the small passengers. I'm sure you could use a regular stroller but if your a serious jogger you can pick up a jogging stroller for the same price as most regular strollers. =)

Good luck trying to run with a regular stroller...tough on bumps/curbs/turning...we have a schwinn jogging stoller, bought it for just over $200..LOVE it...however, my son wants no part of being in the stroller anymore...we used it at the mall too, SO much easier to manuever around.
On a side note...not all jogging strollers are really made to jog with...do your research, depends how much of a runner you really are!

I think the jogging strollers are easier to maneuver. Especially the higher quality ones. I am 6 mos preg and plan to buy a BOB.

You could find a second hand store that deals in babies and childrens things. The newspaper classifieds. A good washing with a bleach type cleaner and a garden hose will kill any germs.
