Is is possible that guys....?

I certainly don't think guys judge each other the way girls do. But yea, I absolutely think that they secretly judge each other. That's just human nature.

And I have known so unacttractive popular guys.. so yes, an ugly can can be popular.

I know loads of guys who aren't the best looking but they are popular because they are out-going, friendly, judgment free and quite frankly don't give a crap what other people think about them. The whole "what does it take to be popular" question dies after high school and people move on to college or what have you... they find their place and suddenly the guys who weren't so popular are popular in their group of own friends.

As a girl, I didn't think I was at the time but we are so hyper critical. Looking back now, I was a bit of an outsider at my first high school because I didn't go to church with the "in crowd." Now I see them on facebook and I'm like "Really? That was the best you could do?"

One last thing - it really is true - guys get better with age. I work with some of the nation's leading geeks. One just got paid 10 Mil by Google for the patent on "captcha." High School simply isn't a great measuring stick for success.

oh my heck. Popularity isn't if you're the captain of the football team or the lead cheerleader, it's who is the coolest/nicest guy in school who has a lot of friends. I know ton of guys who aren't the best looking who are the most popular kids in school. I went to school with idiotic sluts and everytime i hear someone "popular" back talking some kid who doesn't have it all, i just want to throw them in the sewer. Seriously people, have a back bone and don't think you're so cool just because your good looking. That's the rudest thing anyone could ever do and if you're that person, you should seriously reconsider your life.

Personally, I think men do judge other men. By looks and by status.

Of course, most men are too insecure with themselves, or afraid to tell other people what they think about another man because they usually think others will take them as a homosexual. Which, I think, is stupid.

I'm a chick, and I have every right to think what I want to think about a man or a woman. If I think a woman is beautiful, I'll admit it. If not, well, I'll admit that too. It's just not a big deal to me.

But, I'm not everyone and everyone isn't me. So it all depends really.

I haven't seen an ugly popular guy before, yeah sure there were guys that I personally thought were ugly but the other girls seemed to think he was hot.

well i think it completly depends on someone's taste i mean it doesn't even matter if your popular. their has to be a girl somewhere that likes a guy that may not be the cutest. Guy's are all about the eyes so they do probably judge other guys... some may not even care.

I don't judge other guys, but I can tell when a guy is ugly. Normally, I stay away from the ugly ones.

I'm straight by the way.

In my school it depends more on if you're funny and how many friends you have.

I think being funny is what attracts me to guys.

I had the biggest crush on my friend. He was extremely popular and hilarious, but he wasn't what I would call "attractive".

So, no I wouldn't say guys judge guys.
