Does a person with more experience typically get hired or one with less experience?

If you have a person that has worked part time at McDonald's for a year but has bad grades and is in no activities and a person that has good grades and is in plenty of activities but has never held a job other than babysitting. Which person would most likely get hired?

It depends, does the kid with better grades have a college diploma? If he does, then he gets the job, if not then the person with job experience gets it. High school education is important but not for working on a MC, so they will pick the kid with experience because they know what they're getting (job resume.) The high school diploma (and grades) is important to get a college degree, which is really important on a job resume.

It depends what they are willing to pay. They would probably have to pay the person with more experience more money.
