if you are taking clomid or about to?

I took clomid in 1981. It was expensive but it worked. I was pregnant within 2 weeks after taking 5 pills. But be careful. I had another child 16 months later.

Here is my story...

I found out I had PCOS in May 2009. June and July were spent trying to get my periods regular with metformin. August was my first round of clomid cd3-7 50mg. I did have 2 mature follies, but not a successful treatment. September 100mg of clomid cd3-7. I had 3 mature follies. My dr told me I had a biochemical pregnancy. October 100mg of clomid cd3-7 and 2 mature follies. I FINALLY got pregnant! After 3 years of TTC, I was finally pregnant. I found out at 5 weeks. Went in the next week saw and heard my baby's heartbeat 114bpm, went in 2 weeks after that at 8 weeks and saw and heard my baby's heartbeat 180bpm. I didn't know then but a couple days after that 8 week appt my baby passed. I didn't find out my baby passed until last Monday at 11 weeks. And just yesterday I passed my baby naturally. It does work. I was able to get pregnant that was the only good news that came out of this. My husband and I are hoping to get to try again in March. Keep your fingers crossed for us.

I am taking 50 mg of clomid.

I had an ectopic back in June. I lost my right tube, and the baby..So I was put on it to help me ovulate.

I am not pregnant yet.

I just completed my second cycle of it, and still have one more to go.

Hopefully and praying that I get my BFP in Jan..
