Well most of tojans are viruses, that cannot be removed by anti-virus programs. The best thing is to reinstall Windows (XP/Vista)

1.Find your install disc, if you have one.

2.Put it into drive and click F12 to boot from disc drive.

3.From there it will be a quite a long journey, red about installin OS on the internet.

Source(s): I've had viruses too and reinstalled windows many times!

Download and install the Microsoft Malicious Software Removal tool listed in Resources.

Run a complete scan of your computer in order to identify the name of the Trojan Virus that has infected the system. After the scan is complete and the name of the Trojan Virus displayed for you to record, exit the program.

Look up the Trojan Virus name in the Trojan Virus Definition link to identify the name(s) of the executable and dynamic link library files associated with the Trojan Horse, in addition to the registry entries made by the virus.

Restart your computer in Windows safe mode by pressing the "F8″ key during the rebooting process.

Find the executable and dynamic link library files associated with the Trojan Virus and delete them. The common folders for Trojan Horse viruses to be stored are: "c:\windows, c:\windows\system, c:\windows\system32".

Open the registry editor on your computer by selecting "Start->Run" from your computer's start menu. Then, enter "regedit" at the DOS prompt on your computer and search on the Trojan virus

registry keys listed in step three of this article. When complete, exit the registry editor by selecting "File->Exit" from the registry editor's main menu.

Reboot your computer in normal mode.
