Scroll not working on Toshiba Satilite- just upgraded to Windows 7?

I asked how to fix this once before and everyone told me to update the drivers. I went to Toshiba's website and can't figure it out. I know nothing about computers.

Everyone should be right so here try this! Goto toshibas site, here is a link for you that will take you directly to the downloads/support page:

    http://www.csd.toshiba.com/cgi-bin/tais/support/js...

You will need you laptops model# which is located on a white sticker on the bottom side of the laptop along w/ its serial (S/N)# enter this info in the fields provided. note: you may have to scroll through the final submenu to find your correct model #

Since you upgraded your OS to windows 7 I highly reccomend that you download ALL Drivers, Utilities, and software provided by the manufacture as this will correct hardware conflicts within your system. and prevent possible future hardware problems!

when you click to download each update save them to a folder on your "Desktop" that way you know where they are.. after downloading all available updates (drivers, software etc.) then you can begin installing them. once thats done everything should be up to par! I have an HP laptop which I just recently updated to Win7 and had to go through the same processes in which I am now describing to you!, Any questions feel free to email me!

I have attached a link to the Toshiba drivers page. You will need to search for your specific model and find if Windows 7 drivers are available. To do so, use the "refine search by" dropdown and pick Win 7 (32 or 64 bit, whichever you installed).

You search for the touchpad driver by using the drop-down to the right of the one where you chose Win7.

If the driver is available, click on it.

Click on the red "Download now" button

Choose to "run" the software (not save)

Try a Windows Update. Click on Start, then type "Windows Update" into the search bar.
