how do i put my apps back on my i-pod touch?
i synced by i-pod touch with itunes and it deleted them from my i-pod touch. how do i put them all back on without having to download them all again?

Go to the "applications" tab when you have it docked and make sure all the boxes next to the apps are checked. Then you'll have to sync your ipod again, but at least you won't have to go through and download everything one by one. :)

check the app then sync your ipod

when you sync it, click on the icon for it, there should be link where you can choose them , just as you would choose music.
