Where would u rank Blueprint 3?

Of all time? Nowhere close. I'd rank him 2nd in 2009 (to Mos Def's The Ecstatic), and out of his best cds? I'll give it no. 3, behind the original Blueprint and The Black Album.

best Jay-Z.

I mean Illmatic by Nas was definitely one of the strongest.

Wu-Tang are classics. All of the albums by the individual members afterwards particularly Raekwon and Method Man were strong.

More independent rappers like Cannibal Ox and MF Doom are better than Jay-Z.

So definitely not the best of all time.

Maybe the best of 2009 - but I would stick with the best of Jay-Z.
