None of my SATA drives are working.?

I have an ASUS M4N82 Deluxe 980a SLI motherboard. I've tried all four ports and tried swapping cords. I was considering buying a PCIE SATA card but I don't want to until I know that the SATA ports actually don't work. I would also like to know if Best Buy sells them in-store.

    You tried right troubleshooting but have you tried reseting BIOS of the computer, or trying taking out the BIOS battery.
