Well, to not 'kill' a joke, just don't say the punchline before you set up the joke. Also, don't tell a joke unless you have it properly memorized. Make sure situation is in chronological order and you remember all the details that enable the punchline to be funny. Only tell a joke that you think is genuinely funny (not just memorizing it) and tell it when it is applicable (when a subject comes up or something reminds you of it).

I'm not sure how 'song-killing' goes, but as far as I know, don't sing a song too often or sing a song that is totally overplayed. And obviously, if you know you can't hit a high note or don't know the lyrics, try not to pretend you know the song super well; just kinda hum along to it and let others enjoy the song for what it is.

As for the naive and socially awkward part, I'd just let that alone. Social ineptitude just goes away with experience; hang out with more friends and diversify. I cannot stress the diversify part as much. When somebody is different from you and you go out of your way to be friendly or express curiosity to what they're doing, they'll appreciate it. Socialize with people of other genders, ethnicity, social backgrounds, and religions (in order of importance). To make best friends, go out of your way and take it to level 2, where you ask them to hang out instead of them asking you to hang out.
