To all the MW series Campers......?

Nope, the answer is not that I get owned by campers. Actually, it's quite the reverse. I love you guys because you're an easy headshot. Let me ask you a question though. What is so fun about sitting in a building, or a nice quiet corner in the shadows, and trying to ambush people for 10 minutes. I see people all the time that camp in a corner, or on a rooftop, and when they finally die, they just go right back there and break out the tent and sleeping bag again. Hey, explore the map bro! Basically, I'm asking all of you that will never break in a new pair of Nike's your entire MW or MW2 careers, what is so fun about sitting in the same place for 10 minutes?? Please don't say it's strategic, because that's just not true. Hey man, it's a video game, so don't be afraid to get shot. I promise you'll return in a flash.

Update:

Ok, if you snipe, I can see the need to camp if you have legitimate shots that you can make, but not if you just sit with your scope up when nobody is near you so when they do come around, you can shoot them. My question is mainly to the people that use assault rifles, and just post up on a building or in a corner like they are going to have a boyscout meeting there.

exactly i dont think its strategic. i think that campers are the real no lifers of video gamers. they sit home all day playing but they turn on the game get into a match, and hide in a corner and dont move. they should get off the game if there just gonna hide in a building and not move

well sometimes camping works well but if you sit in a corner you're begging to be shot. I usually snipe so I set up a perimeter instead of just sitting in a corner.and if I get killed in my perimeter I find a new place to snipe

I understand but under some circumstances you can such as being outnumbered. I think we all know that sometimes here and there we have competitors that either join then leave or get mad if they die so they quit. Leaving you alone in the battlefield against the enemy troops all by yourself. Camping otherwise is one not a smart idea two pretty boring and useless and three not very helpful during a big teamed battle.
