uhm probably if thas all your gona eat. i wouldn't recommend it though. you need to talk to a doctor or something bc thas not at all healthy.

  • Most probably yes, unless you eat both in excess and do not exercise. But you will definitely suffer from malnutrition.

...Don't try it. Go to the grocery store and buy some actual food. Find a healthy eating book if you need a guide to loosing weight. Don't just wing it on Cheerios and Yogurt.

Your body is a big machine which needs "building materials" from a lot of stuff not just cheerios and yogurt.

Eat fruits and vegetables instead of snacks like chocolate bars, fatty desserts etc.Minimizing fat in the diet is the ONLY healthy method of losing weight. The pure yogurt, grapefruit, carrot diet will make you lose weight , but with the price of your health.

thats a very very good plan!! except i would recommend changing it up once in a while because you might get bored of it. Make sure what your parents make isnt like loaded with cream or butter or sat. fats. it will ruin the hard work that you put in on everything else. yes you will definitely lose weight because of this, slowly but surely. just be patient. do this for 2 weeks straight, because it takes about 2 weeks for tyoure body to get used to it and make it a habit.

    nope. don't do this.

im assuming you're in your 20s or something, and if you're active, which you probably are since you're on here, you should eat 2000 calories per day.

if you don't eat enough calories, your body stores all the calories you consume as fat.

try eating 300 calories 6 times per day, spread out in 3 to 4 hour intervals. this will keep your metabolism going which burns more calories than 3 bigger meals.

don't forget to work out, do cardio, and cheat every once in a while since one small cheat meal per week can boost metabolism.

hmmm I don't think so....your having milk with your cheerios(and dairy is the most fattening thing you can consume) milk is made by cows for cows to gain a ton of weight upon conception....If you want to lose weight you gotta do it the right way.....diet and exercise...

From breakfast, go ahead and consume orange juice. But throughout other day, focus on water instead of juice or soda
