Cat eyeliner and underneath eyelid colour?
As it's New Years Eve, i'm going to a party and I need a bit of help with my make-up!
I'm going to do sort of slight cat eyeliner on the top (liquid) but normally I leave the bottom lid with nothing on it because I never know what to put on it.
But i got a nice make-up set for Christmas and there's some lovely colour in it, including a nice emerald green colour which I love and I've heard that for blue eyes, green works best with them.
So what colour should I do on the bottom? And should I have a little or a lot?
Thanks!

Cat eyes are dramatic enough. Adding color will mess up the look and leave you looking a mess. With the cat eye I always use a beige color with some shimmer to it and highlight the brow bone with a brow highlighter to lift the lids. I've found thats enough. If you want to add some slight drama to it use a black glitter liner around the top lid/lash.
