What to do when this window pops up?

OK, here's what happens. Like I'll be on email, and I'll get one that says someone left me a message from yahoo answers. So I'll click on the link, and all is good. When I reply, a window pops up with the reply form. I'll be typing my reply, and sometimes inadvertently hit the "ALT GR" key with the space bar. When this happens, a small blue window will pop up on the top left, looks like the one when you click on "FILE". The window that that pops up in freezes, I can't type in it or close it. I can move the cursor and close other windows, but I can't do anything in that window. I even tried right clicking on the bar at the bottom of the screen that relates to that window, but the other window that would pop up and give me the close option doesn't appear. The only way out is to unplug the laptop and remove the battery. Anyone know what I can do to unstick this window? I bought this ACER laptop with Windows Vista OS. When I emailed Acer, they told me that the laptop/notebook was out of warranty, and they wanted to charge me $60 to tell me what to type. I told them to shove it, and they just lost a customer. $60 to tell me what to type.... ludachrist!

    3. Click Options

    4. Click the Privacy tab

    5. At the bottom of the Privacy tab you should have a Pop-up Blocker section. If you wish pop-ups to be blocked check the "Block pop-ups" option.

    Mozilla Firefox users

    1. Open Mozilla Firefox

    2. Click Tools

    3. Click Options

    4. Click the Web features button on the left hand side of the Options window.

    5. By default this feature should be enabled if you wish to disable the feature, uncheck "Block Popup Windows." If you have allowed popups on a site you wish to now block you can also click "Allowed sites" in this window and remove any sites you wish to block any popup on.

If you notice your computer encounters the problems of unwanted pop up, or if your computer is obviously slower than the normal at performing routine tasks, there may have some Spyware running on your computer without you knowing it!
