Should MEXICO join the United States of America and become the 51st state in the union?

they might as well. Where I live its over 70% Hispanic anyway. 5 years ago I only knew 1 hispanic family...not being racist just in shock.

Mexico is messed up, making them the 51st state would do one thing and one thing only, cause more problems for the US. Mexico officials are being assassinated all the time, last month alone there were over 350 murders of which no one will talk about for fear of being MURDERED! Yeah sure, no one likes a politician but even I think that's a bit drastic. There economy is shot, the police are corrupt... man that seriously a terrible idea and you must have been high to think of it.

Mexico joining the United States would put an end to our criminals' escape route just beyond the Mexican border....they'll have no where to run to legally escape capture. I thought of this after watching how criminals would run to Mexico to escape justice, but if Mexico was a state, there would be no more of that....

It was the Mexican government that helped create our American gov't-they sent over a very important list of questions that had to be answered; put to use by the founding fathers in order to have the American gov't we have today founded. They helped us, we can be of help to our neighbors-even if it were to mean allowing them to join the union.

They have been taking over this Country for years. I welcome any LEGAL Immigrants. That means people who enter our Country LEGALLY..........................It is against our Federal Laws to sneak into this Country.......alas, most of the are Democrats. The Democrats want their votes. Actually, all the crooked Lawyers in DC......known as our House and Senate...........won't do anything about it.

If they would send the 12 Million Plus Illegals HOME...........it sure would help our Welfare and Emergency Room Situations............God Help Us.

Nah. I mean Mexico is kinda big for a state. But it would be awesome. Although they would have to change the flag and all. I don't know. Well more the merrier I guess. " United we stand, Divided we fall."

With all the poverty that the Mexican Government controls their populations with, they'd be a huge drag on our economy.
