Do not underestimate the power of stupidity. I heard this one story about a person calling in customer support about a problem he had with his computer. He told the representative that he was having problems with his computer no matter how many time he typed in 11. The representative asked him why he was typing in 11. His answer was that the computer said, error type 11.

it is tongue in cheek, sarcastic, the daylight" saving" only affects human activities but effectively changes nothing in mother natures eyes.

Hehe, This guy has his facts all backwards!
Daylight savings time was extended by a month recently because of a bill passed in 2005. In 2005, both houses of Congress were controlled by Republicans and the bill was signed by a Republican president. He's assigning blame to the wrong group of people!
The real question that needs to be asked is: Why don't Republicans care about the trees, bugs and snakes? (*Sarcasm*)

tell him to come up to michigan and see what the weather is like we did not have a summer here at all nothing was growing the garden sucked and now we have over 4 feet of snow on the ground i wonder if that is called global warming
