legally download music for free?

where is the best place to legally download music for personal use only for free?

    You can legally download some classical music for free but if you want Top 100 hits try Zune for $15/ Month to listen and download as much as you want legally. Only thing is you don't keep the music if you end the subscription but you could download 10 songs a month that you can keep and burn to a CD.

    Just use Frostwire or Limewire-preferably Frostwire.
