Whenever I try to watch videos's online it says I have to download Flash Player...?

"Hello, you either have JavaScript turned off or an old version of Adobe's Flash Player. Get the latest Flash player." is what it says? i dont know what to do?

I always download it but it always says the same thing?

    Flash participant should be downloaded to the computer and put in from there, no longer in direction of the internet browser. as quickly because it installs, reboot the computer so dwelling house windows would understand that's put in.

    There should be a link with it to download Flash Player. Click it. It is a free download. If there isn't one then go to www.adobe.com and you can download it for free.

    just download it. it is just an update. it doesn't cost anything.
