saw it on youtube and I don't know what it means

    this song is da bomb, I like it, it's really nice!

    ps. "lo maximo" is Mexican slang, most other spanish speakers would say "lo mejor"

    "Lo maximo" isn't a slang, simply it's another expression word like "lo mejor"

    The sentence means: "This song is the best, I love it, it's really nice"

    This song is the best.it fascinates me and its very beautiful. Lo maximo is a Mexican slang expression. In most places people would say la mejor
