Where to get images which are exactly 200x150 pixels?

The above-stated images needed for my Tag in Tagged account. Thanks for your help.

    Most any photo editor program will resize and crop images. The only problem is that some may not resize very nice.

    You can find specific sizes like this:

    http://images.google.com/images?q=baby+imagesize%3...

    in the Google search type: "baby imagesize:200x150"

    To find baby picts that exact dimension.
