Well I would say I have been tthat hrough this many times and well if u wait to long u might just miss ur chance to ask him out or tell him how u truly feel about him.

I suggest that whenever you see him next you give him a compliment and then get into a small conversation and gradually say can I tell you something

I always say Idk how you will react to this but I have always thought about you and say certtain thinga about him like ur sweet well mannered or w.e positive features he has and then say that makes me happy and I like you or however ur exact feeling is and just go from there
