    informal: Du schuldest mir noch immer 200 (zweihundert) Dollar.

    formal: Sie schulden mir noch immer 200 (zweihundert) Dollar.

    The word 'immer' adds a stronger sense of time to it, as in you have been waiting a long time for the money.
