Where did the phrase "comfy cozy" come from?

Rather than saying I want a comfortable couch. I find myself saying "I want a couch that is comfy cozy."

In the late 1880's,The famous axe murderess Lizzie Borden was on trial for killing her parents in a fit of rage. She claimed that they were already dead when she came home the night of the murders,

The prosecution asked her to describe the scene she walked in to. She replied that they seemed to have been killed in their sleep as her father was stretched on the couch and her mother was laying by the bed in the master bedroom upstairs."All comfortable,as if they had just had Sunday dinner and were cozy in their endeavors."

She was found not guilty even though her attire was DRENCHED in blood and her hand prints(a new science at the time"were found on the hatchet along with flesh and bone).

Afterwords,Parents used the poem "Lizzie Borden had an Axe,Gave her mother Forty whacks" and told their children to rest "Comfy,Cozy",in an attempt to get unruly children to bed lest Lizzie came for mom and dad in the night.
