Over 200 of our House and Senate Leaders are Multi Millionaires, Doesn't it make sense that these 'Fine Folks' sep up and do the right thing? Really, they could get $200,000,000 easy, so will they?
Steve...So, Your saying if we want to be 'rich' we shouldn't 'Spend' our money even if it might help someone else? Is that why people become 'Rich'????

You must be kidding...those crooks only spend taxpayer money , not their own. They will find a way to make money for themselves by politicizing the tragedy. They are the most calculating, dishonest group of human beings ever.

They didn't get rich by spending money.
Edit: Yes, that's exactly what I'm saying. Rich people aren't going to stay rich if they "give" their money away to "help people". That sort of help is illusory, anyway. As the old saying goes, give a man a fish and he eats for a day, but teach a man to fish and he eats for a lifetime. Al Gore is a perfect example -- he was rather embarrassed back when he was running for President when he released his tax returns -- his charitable contributions were virtually nonexistent.

Why would they want to? Plus many people don't have millions stashed under their mattress. Its the valuation of their properties, stocks, and other assets. They spent decades in school, probably half a million dollars on education, and they could at least get reimbursed for all their hard work.
Why not ask billionaires like Bill Gates? He has what $50,000,000,000.
$200m for him is like me buying a pizza!
