Pubococcygeus muscle contraction at peak of Orgasm?
I have been doing kegel exercises and was wondering, if i use my Pubococcygeus muscle to contract hard enough to not *** but still have an orgasm, does this cause a retrograde orgasm?

You want to squeeze *before* the feeling that orgasm is inevitable occurs: that will postpone orgasm and let you keep going.
Squeezing during orgasm could indeed cause all or part of the semen to empty into the bladder. It can cause some discomfort next time you urinate, and there's a small chance of it leading to a UTI since the bladder isn't meant to deal with that material.
