How do you beat your meat ? When cooking a pot roast?

I just put it in the crock pot.

you beat that meat with a tenderizer mallet.Beat it long,slow and with authority until that meat is ready to burst.

I hit it with a meat beater of course.

Meat becomes so happy when it is massaged. Easier to eat ;)

You grab it and jerk it around until it's nice and soft....and then marinate it in white stuff. I forget what the seasoning is called.

I don't beat it ;)
