What do turkey eggs taste like?
And why don't I ever see them at the grocery store? I imagine that they'd be about as tasty as chicken eggs, and probably a little bigger, too.

Pretty much the same as chicken eggs.
The reason they are not sold is because unlike a chicken that will continue to lay eggs almost daily, a Turkey will stop after about 12-15 and generally only lay once or twice a year. The eggs are worth more to be hatched for more Turkeys.
