No naps. No caffeine after 7pm. Exercise during the day. Don't do anything exciting or interesting before bedtime. Don't watch TV or read in bed. Don't exercise before bedtime.

You want to make bedtime a calming and relaxing time starting an hour or two before bedtime. No excitement, no exercise and caffeine are key. Also, force yourself up early and stay awake all day, then go to bed at the same time every night. Eventually you'll adjust to this schedule.

If you like to hold a pillow. Hold a pillow. If you like white noise. Play white noise. Don't ever look at the clock and add up how many hours of sleep you're going to get. That will almost guarantee you're not going to sleep.

Lastly, don't break your schedule on the weekends. If you go out and stay up late, be sure to drag your butt out of bed at 7am again.

I examine presently that some scientific examine finished proved that little ones tend to sleep later than different age communities hence why they're consistently drained early interior the morning and not efficient in early morning instructions in college! I advise you look at your food habitual and exercising regime - ie consume a lot of fruit and veg (5 an afternoon), drink a lot of water (2 litres of day) and do a minimum of 0.5 an hour of workouts an afternoon (could desire to be swimming, walking, walking) - this could coach you a thank you to loosen up mentally and could additionally coach you a thank you to to sleep in the previous during the night. attempt to not drink any caffeine correct beverages (includes fizzy beverages) after 4pm (relatively on college nights). objective to do your homework between 4-8pm, then you definately can loosen up by utilising watching television, listening to song, laptop, acquaintances in spite of, have your bath around 9.30ish and stale to mattress with a physically powerful e book!

Normally, our brains and bodies are programmed to fall asleep, in conditions of darkness, quietness, coolness and minimal atmospheric O2. Such conditions will cause our brains to secrete the sleep hormone, melatonin, making us feel sleepy and fall asleep automatically.

The problem with us, is that with the convenience of modern electrified lifestyle, we tend to delay our sleeping time at night by engaging in activities, like the Internet, Astro, clubbing, mamak stall chatting, MSN, etc. Hence, sleeping problems.

Caffeine or tea'nin stimulants, stress from conflicts or from school work, late-night strenuous activity, grief from a death in the family, depression from a broken-heart, sickness like flu, etc can affect our normal sleep. Sometimes, we may need sleeping pills or alcohol sedative to temporarily help us overcome such disruption to our sleep.

.....Also, do not do favours for others that may intrude into our sleeping times. Love ourselves first, b4 loving our friends. Good sleep equals good health.

Try not to use moz repellents at night. They are poisonous pesticides and can damage our health thru long term exposure. Personally, I sleep in a 4-posts bed with attached moz net and internal electric fan.

....... The other expensive alternative is air-con, ie moz can't survive below 26 degree C ; remember to leave a small gap under the door or window, for some ventilating osmosis tranfer of O2 into your room. Do not fully seal your room. This should also be practised for long-distance driving in an air-conned car. This is to prevent the air in the enclosed air-conned compartment from being depleted fully of life-sustaining O2. This is one of the reason, a driver unknowingly fall unconscious at the wheel, after long-distance driving.

basically if you wake up very very early in the morning (like 7 or 8am) then you will definately get tired by probably latest 11pm and if you continue to do that you will get intoo a sleep pattern and you won't go to sleep to late every night
